I understand the philosophy, but I don't know that I totally agree with it.
I'd rather keep the people in place because it also breeds culture from the employee base that they know that there's security.

Are you secure with the way the company operates?
I almost guarantee that they would, 100% of them would say, absolutely.
Because they know that we're sustainable.
They know that they're not getting laid off, even if...

But at the same time, you don't want them to be too comfortable where their work productivity isn't there.
