It's been historically the other.
I understand that the reporting structure of reporting ownership could be a little overblown.
But what is not as overblown is that John Harbaugh is the leader of this ship now.
I think some of the alignment of vision is going to be Joe Shane aligning with John Harbaugh.
You know, like the emphasis on, you know, mentioned like he likes big guys, right?
That has not been a thing for the Giants on the defensive front.
Or even at linebacker, really.
They're a small linebacker group as well, too.
Small DB group.
So, like, that's something.
And where I am happy with John Harbaugh leading the player acquisition part is where you do see it work when coaches are doing it.
You see it work the first year, right?
They got a great knowledge of the rest of the league.
They get to pull from their past team that they were with, right?
So we're going to, like, and I think Joe Shane's going to get in line with John Harbaugh of, like, this is what we want in free agency, right?
They're going to pull some players around the fringes of the Chargers, maybe even the Seahawks.
And so that free agency works.
The draft is where you need the GM really running the ship.
But I also think John Harbaugh is going to be making the pick at five.
The pick will be, at the end of the day, who owns pick number five in this draft?
