So Jim Kelly got hurt in Houston in week 17 back then, because there wasn't 18 weeks.

There were 17 weeks because there were only 16 games.

And then they played again, but this time in Buffalo the next week.

And Frank was talking about how it just took a little while to get into the game.

And then the second half, of course, is when they came back from that 32-point deficit.

And he was just saying the great thing about being the backup quarterback is everybody loves you, essentially.

And they all want you to do well.

And they all have to raise their level of play around you.

And then you become yourself because you've been running with the number ones in practice now for an entire week.

And everybody is pulling for you.

And everybody has to raise their level of play.

And I didn't have to do anything special.

I just had to play football.

I had to do everything I knew that I could do within the offense because I knew the offense.

Because I had been there quite some time.

And Jared Stidham has been in Denver, like I was telling you yesterday.

He is the third highest paid backup in the NFL, making $6 million a year.

And this is a $6 million insurance policy right now.

for for Jared Stidham and Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos and it has to pay off so that means Sean Payton is not going to deviate from what he did with Bo Nix the difference will be whether or not Jared Stidham can do some of the off off um off uh skill uh you know make some plays and can he do secondary stuff that Bo Nix has been doing

Yeah, and Bo Nix has been great, and I don't want to make it sound like I am minimizing the impact of Bo Nix, because I'm not.
