Chris, when you get the first overall pick and you talked about how accelerated the path can be or has been lately in Major League Baseball, does that affect your mindset or your approach to this offseason in terms of free agency and or trades?

The other things that we have heard about reference would be the tax certainty that the Bears seek.

Can you help us understand, help Bears fans understand, what is the impediment with the Arlington Heights deal that makes the Bears have been unable to strike one?

Are you saying that Governor Pritzker's potential interest in running for president in 2028 is interfering or contributing to why he's not making a Bear Stadium project a higher priority?
