So basically, there was no one particular thing, but it was just a general lack of confidence in his ability to lead the club and a breakdown of relationship with the board.
When did this start to happen?
Oh, it's probably in the last couple of weeks it probably came to a head.
And the board met yesterday to consider the position of Paul and basically it was a unanimous decision that Paul be removed as CEO.
We approached him probably a week or two ago to see whether, because we needed to have a plan B in place to make sure, and that's why I approached Brian about a week ago and Dan a week or two ago, just to get a sense of whether he would be prepared to leave Stan.
And so he indicated at that time he would.
And Brian was a week ago, basically just checking out whether he could be the interim in the meantime.
It was a difficult decision for us to make.
It wasn't treated lightly.
And basically, we still, as a board yesterday, we had to go through the information that was available to us.
And basically, it...
We could have been clearer on the messaging and we'll learn from that.
But by the end of the day, I think the messaging was clear that it was this lack of confidence and breakdown of relationship.
So I accept that the economy is not travelling that well, but having said that, from our point of view, we need to make sure we've got the right leader of our club in place.
We think Dan Taylor ticks a lot of boxes in that regard because he is smart, he's got great values, he's got great leadership style, and we've observed that in the six months that he's been a director.
And I think he would be a great replacement CEO.

We're getting very close on Caulfield and we're confident on Caulfield.
But last year we felt when we appointed Paul that he was the right choice at the time.
