But now as years have gone on, you realise when somebody's on the brown, you you don't realise you just think fucking waster.
Yeah.
You look down at them because you want to make yourself
feel okay even though every cun's on the same sort of level but you don't realise everybody who's took it are really struggling.
Level.
It's like assigning your death wish, it's like giving up completely because you don't understand the levels of trauma they've been through to then go into that stuff and like you say it numbs the pain.
It took away everything that you had felt with what your dad put you through.

Were you scared of your dad?
To think that way that people had it worse because whether you drown in two meters of water or a hundred meters of water, you're still drowning.
Trauma's pain is still trauma and pain, no matter the levels of it.
It's just how you handle it.
But do you think that's a good deflection to try and make out you never had it that bad because you've seen other people sort of had it worse, so you think, yeah, it wasn't as bad?
Try and put it down a bit.
Can you then forgive him then when you were going through that process at the end?
Did you understand his backstory, what he went through and the shit he done?
