And, you know, I think financing is getting a little looser.
I still think it's going to be difficult for,
the startup franchisors that do not have a track record.
So from that standpoint, you would like to think that things are going to be – I think people are pretty excited about 2011 and what's going on there.
I still think you're going to find private equity players becoming very active in buying franchise systems.
So I think from that standpoint, the real estate market is getting –
You know, it's not as good as it was a couple years ago for franchisees finding locations.
And the prices are going to slowly creep up, especially in the major metro markets.
But I think for the most part, franchisors are pretty excited where the economy is going for the next couple years.
And I think for that standpoint, I think it's going to be pretty good for franchising.
We're excited about what's going on at Fishman Public Relations.
As I mentioned, I just attended the –
the Franchise Financing Conference, and people are still a little nervous there.
But I think for the larger franchisors, and it kind of goes back to what we discussed before, franchisees, I think you're going to find, they always say, when your franchisees are successful, financing is a lot easier
buying multiple units.
And to me, that's a good sign.
So unit economics are so important.
And you're going to find, I think we're pretty excited about what the next year holds for franchising.
