And everyone talks about these players playing at big clubs over in Europe.

And it's like, well, now the expectation is, okay, we should be in the semifinal or we should be in the final.

And...

the the the real ass real realistic uh expectation is we are right where we probably should be and now going into this tournament everyone the hype the the buzz the performance at the beginning we're like

Okay, we're going to do something special.

Yeah, and all of a sudden that expectation goes up and rises, rightfully so.

And then all of a sudden it comes crashing down because of a performance that was nowhere near good enough to get us a result.

And so the margins are so fine.

We should win a Gold Cup.

But regardless of then, I think we have improved, right?

Yeah, of course.

And now we've entered the world stage of saying,

Yeah, but even that game, right?

You talk about being a friendly, and of course we know when you cross the white line,

There's no such thing as friendly, right?

There's tackles flying, all the things.

But that outside pressure of playing in a big game, in a big stadium, in a big environment, that builds character so that when you get into a game like Belgium, you can say, yeah, come on.

That's important.

You talk about national team, and I think back to 2010, right?

And the chemistry and the camaraderie that we had within our team and that group.
