He was able to, to see tons of players throughout the player pool.

You know what he created within the group.

I'm okay with it.

Again, the performance itself wasn't great.

But what, especially talking to the players, hearing what the vibe was coming out of the camp, it was very much a positive understanding of each other, togetherness.

You know, I think early on in his tenure, he was able to, you know, eradicate that...

Everyone is individual and it's very much, well, I play at this club in Europe and I do this or I do that.

And it was, hey, we're all in this together.

And again, that brings me back to 2010 and that team that we are all part of.

And so for me, that is a positive going forward.

Now, whether he should be the guy down the road, I think is an entirely different conversation.

I think you need to...

whoever it is, identifying players that are going to be a part.

And now you're seeing what it looks like under his mentorship and his guidance as a manager.

And so if he stays, if that offer is truth and they've extended it and he accepts it, I'm okay with it.

I'm okay with it just because

again, what he's built in a short amount of time.

Now, we know what it's like for a manager to go through a second cycle, and it's really difficult.
