We had an incredible all-of-club event at the Shrine yesterday where we had some guest speakers who just put a lot of things in perspective for our players.
Not only our players, our coaches, our staff, our administration, our whole club have a better understanding than they did before as to how important this game is for so many people.
It's nice, but I think there'll be a few boys go past that in the next few years and hopefully a few coming through now that will go past it.

I mean, it doesn't mean too much.
There's no amount of games that sort of puts how much emphasis he means to the club and what he's done.
And that was sort of seen with the medal getting named after him last week.
So, yeah, I mean, it's been a big part of my life and a club that I really enjoy and still enjoy coming into every day.
Probably not until you stop and maybe reflect in a few years' time, but at the moment just trying to win games of footy.
When you look back to that first game, the first year when you had some experienced guys like Chad Collins or people like that who had played a lot of games, did you chat to them about what to expect in your footy career and has it been similar to what they said it would be like?
I was pretty immature at 18, so they were telling me what to do.
But Cog said the other day that I think Luke Power and Chad were 32 or 33 when we were 18, and I thought they were so old.
And that's me now.
And the young boys probably think about that.
when they think of me now.
So it is funny how your perspective changes and fully changes over time.
But they were great mentors and great people and sort of led the standards in the right way and certainly took a lot from them.
I know you've spoken a bit before about you were never sure how long you'd stay at the club.
