Like we, we do something, the customer doesn't like it or they, what people call nitpick.
Right.
But at the end of the day, I'm going to take care of it.
I'm going to take care of the customer.
I'm going to do right by them.
Even if it means they're eroding my margin a little bit, because at the end of the day, guess what?
That customer, they're going to be like, Holy smokes.
Like,
They didn't have to do that necessarily, but they did.
So now I'm going to tell all my friends and family, if you need a roof, you got to go with Capital City Roofing because they're going to do it right.
Everybody sees, you know, the nice cars and the stuff and the thing and you on TV and all, but they don't see, like, all the blood, sweat, and tears.
They don't see that.
Mm-hmm.
But it's all there.
Yeah.
So my story is it's interesting.
