It's a good point because I think the fact how Billy Proctor's been playing at the back end of the air, we're probably like, if Quinn does that or Billy does that, we're like, oh, we actually can understand that because both of them are playing really well.

I just think...

Look, I think the way that Quinn has played, and we have seen it last year, we need to get an opportunity to be able to cover centre, played very, very well.

And again, I just think what Quinn's skill set is and how he's been this year, especially around the contact area, it's just a massive strength that he has.

And I think at the international level, one of that midfielder is able to do it.

We need him to be able to have that.

And that's not to say Billy can't do it, but I just think it's a big strength of what Quinn can do.

And we don't want Geordie Barrett to be that role, for me personally.

I think with what he did at the Hurricanes, his skill set, his triple threat, being able to do run, pass, kick, was the best version of what we saw from Jordy Barrett and his time at Leinster with the clips that we did see.

And then I think also we can't underestimate with what Brad said with Anton Leonard-Brown.

He knows what Anton Leonard-Brown can do.

He covers that number 23 role.

He's done that for a long time in the All Blacks.

And then is it just between Quinn and Billy to be able to see if they miss out, if they are going to pick Quinn at 13?

Yeah, I think so.

I think it's either going to be, yeah, Geordie Barrett will be at 12, and either Quinn or Billy being able to be in that 13 role, and then Anton Leonard-Brown, I believe, in the 23 role.

If Anton has come back, considering he has been in Japan and has been very similar to what the timeline of the final was, the Japanese final and the Super Rugby final.

if you do think about it as well like billy has only been playing 13. now he probably hasn't had opportunities at wellington or at the hurricanes to be able to beat at 12 13 whereas quinn and anton have been able to do that so you know if there was an injury quinn was able to move to the wing because he's been able to do that anton probably hasn't done as much as quinn but then obviously anton can play 12 or 30 for geordie barrett or you know there are injuries in that midfield so

I think we talk around utility when it comes to the loose forward trio, but that number 23 rule in our drip was just really important.
