So he did a great job.
But that was one where I'm like, oh, I wanted that one.
But that's why I love stand-up.
Because it's like, stand-up, I don't need a casting director, a director, whatever the hell, to approve of me.
It's a very simple transaction.

successful transaction no one's being exploited yeah in the transaction and uh that's why i like that because and also with comedy now there's no real gatekeepers anymore they're like you you just put stuff online it could catch fire it could go viral and all of a sudden you're selling tickets yeah uh it's a little more merit-based which i really do which i really appreciate yeah
I worked on this really terrible show on MTV called Broke-Ass Game Show in like 2012, maybe.
And it was kind of like an in-the-street game show thing where people would win money if they do certain things.
And one day...
they had dwarfs involved with one of the games.
And the producer was like this overly liberal lady that didn't want to insult anyone.
So we had like a whole meeting before of like how to refer to everyone.
And she was so liberal, she didn't realize she was being offensive because on our walkies and on set, she referred to him as our special friend.
