But I think the GIF is helpful because, again, it's sort of a nice quick way to show the game without having to go on YouTube and watch a two minute trailer sort of thing.

And yeah, I think just maybe keeping it as tight as possible without kind of because sometimes you keep scrolling and the email keeps going and it's like, OK, that's a lot.

Yeah, I mean, I think both are good.

I mean, I totally understand, you know, the mass email.

You've got a lot of people to reach out to.

So I don't obviously like take offense or anything if it's not personalized.

I will say, and the email doesn't even necessarily need to be personalized to me, but I think something that isn't always...

helpful in my case is because you know PR people work on different hours and they have different clients and I get it I get that that's the nature of the job but sometimes the email will come through like really late and it's like well unfortunately like I'm off hours so I'm not responding to that or I'm not even reading it or if I do read it obviously because it's off hours I'm like I open my email quickly I'm like

you know, out for dinner or I'm playing a game or whatever.

And then I just forget about it because I'm not working.

And then it just gets buried under the next day's emails.

So, you know, that's kind of the unfortunate nature of it.

And again, like I'm sympathetic to, you know, they have different schedules and especially with the video game industry, there's a lot of them in LA.

So they'll be emailing at, you know,

7 p.m.

Toronto time and it's 4 p.m.

their time a lot that's a common situation where a lot of emails will come through at 7 p.m.

and it's like I'm done for the day man yeah so you know and again I get it you know they're on a different time zone but yeah that that is the sort of thing that does make it a little harder to keep up with some of these emails I mean not even necessarily the mass email so much but just the timing of it because if it comes through in the evening or on a weekend even you know it's a little a little harder to kind of get visibility on it I think
