So results, let's go like with the the vascular function stuff first, because I think that was kind of the
some of the primary outcomes there.
You had the masc macrovascular function like you mentioned and then some of the microvascular function things.
So why don't we go over maybe what changed and a few things that perhaps didn't didn't change in the study.
Yeah.
Well I think the interesting finding for the femoral artery um endothelial function was that they didn't see that the diameter actually widened during that test.
So you mentioned the test basically you're cutting off blood flow to the thigh and then releasing it and seeing the blood flow.
They didn't notice that the artery actually widened any high c uh larger during that, but they saw
More vascular conductance or basically like the velocity of blood flow through there was was faster.
So they were getting more blood.
in through their muscle, back into or g through the artery down to the muscle, but they did that without widening the artery.
It was like it was going faster.
Something called vascular conductance, which was which was pretty interesting.
Um and it it kind of makes sense from, you know, not to go into like a deep dive on endothelial function, but
Athletes and people who are exercising regularly, they generally have very little room to improve their endothelial function.
If you measure their blood vessel function, it's it's so good that you almost wouldn't expect to see that improvement.
And that's they talk about that in the paper, but that's just pretty well known.
It's like you
If you take trained people and train them more, their actual the ability of their blood vessels to dilate doesn't really improve that much.
And especially cyclists that are using their legs all the time, you're you're not gonna expect to see that improvement.
