So there was like a little bit of a mentor-mentee thing happening, I suppose, in their past.

We don't dive too deeply into their past because like the story is really focused on the present.

But there are some flashbacks where we get a little bit of an understanding of how that relationship developed back then.

But we find out at the start of the story that one year ago he disappeared from

essentially um so he went off on a mission didn't tell her didn't say goodbye so she's not too happy she's not too happy um and then all of a sudden they are sent on this mission together and he is her commander so they have um this flight so it's like a alpha flight which is this elite team of spies and assassins that she just so happens to be sent on even though she is only just graduating

and it's really interesting to kind of see how they struggle with their history and what's kind of happening in the present but then also the power dynamics in that as well.

It adds so much drama.

So like it is kind of it was interesting trying to find that balance where you kind of,

You know, you have all of these things going on, but then they're also, they are trying to be professional and do the job and not let their past and their emotions overwhelm things.

Yeah, I think this might be a really tricky one to answer.

Of course, I mean, not so much like a dark theme, but it does play into it.

But our main character does have some anxiety throughout the story and she does kind of use this substance to help with her insomnia and things throughout.

and I think like you know we kind of start to see her set that aside and like cope better up until a certain point in the story which I can't talk about too much because it is quite spoilery things occur um and then I think like the the like
