There is no other viable plan that has been presented where taxpayers are protected with actual real research and study in which the public would own the stadium that the Bears would pay for.

They're willing to do that.

This is not unprecedented, right?

This is actually a regular pattern throughout the NFL.

The people of Chicago, the historic organization, deserves to play in the city that made this team what it is today.

And as mayor of Chicago, I'm going to work hard.

And maybe I'm going to get a little bit of that Caleb Williams kind of magic.

And when people think that we're down and out, look, I know there's some questions around Caleb.

I'm just saying that if we can pull this off, it's going to require all of us.

We all have to be moving in the same direction.
