So that's the hardest thing is to manage the people.
The P&Ls are the P&Ls.
Obviously you can do whatever you can to increase your bottom line and to help out cool sales and maybe have to cut costs here or cut labor here or whatever the case may be.
So the P&L is the P&L.
It's the people.
That variable is just unpredictable.
You know what I mean?
It's unpredictable, right?
So it's definitely tough.
Both incredibly hard.
I excelled at one, and I believe I'm going to excel at the other one, too.

You're using your brain a lot more.
And
I mean, don't get it twisted.
On the NFL, you have to use your brain playing football, right?
But I guess it's limited in the fact that, okay, cool, I got this coverage.
I got to drop to this spot.
If somebody comes over here, I take them.
If they don't, then whatever.
