you're going to get mixed results or you're you're you're not really sure what you're going to get.

Um the Red Sox under Craig Breslau have done a really good job um revamping their minor league pitching.

Um they're targeting college arms in the draft, which I know a lot of other teams have done that as well.

And they're kind of fast tracking people.

Uh and yeah, Connolly Early and Peyton Tolley have been pretty impressive considering

how few innings they have professionally.

Uh that being said though, when you're throwing them in a pennant race uh or in the playoff series, like you don't really know what you're getting.

Um I think it has been impressive the recent trend of

How young pitchers are performing.

I mean, you look at the New York Pets.

I think they have three rookies in the rotation right now.

Um, I do think we're we're reaching maybe a generation where where pitchers don't need to be coddled so much in the minor leagues and you can fast track them and they can pitch well uh because they are almost specialized coming up through high school, university.

Uh but we'll see when when the lights get the brightest, maybe when he has to face uh New York Yankees this weekend.

I'm not sure exactly how.

The pitching rotation lines up.

But yeah, you're definitely throwing these young guys into the deep end and hoping that they swim.

Uh which I think goes back going back to the Blue Jays, is how impressive the Blue Jays training staff and veteran arms in general have been that they've been able to keep all these guys on the mound pretty much for every turn this season.

I I know you guys talked about Kevin Golesman earlier, uh, but even Jose Barrios, I know that he's had his struggles, but every fifth day, like these guys are ready to take the

ball.

Uh and I think that's been a huge part of their success this year.
