And obviously we saw how incredible his debut was.

But yeah, I think Davis Schneider deserves a lot of credit, not just for his defensive work, how he's pretty much done whatever the team has asked of him, but

He was kind of labeled as a as a lefty masher and and this year he's he's actually done way better against uh right-handed pitching.

I think he has a nine thirteen OPS and seven of his, I think eleven home runs have come off right-handed pitching this year.

So yeah, in a perfect world, I would rather have David Schneider in the lineup every day, probably over Andreas Jimenez.

Um it gets complicated given Andreas Jimenez's contract.

I do know that him and obviously the globe.

But when the Blue Jays are struggling to score runs and they can't find a place for Davis Schneider, I can imagine that gets a little frustrating for him because

Him not playing is definitely not on merit.

Just like how we saw Joey Lo Profito going down.

Those are questions that aren't uh like decisions that aren't based on him playing poorly.

Uh but then again, I know that there's there's more that goes into that running a professional sports team or or a baseball team.

Uh certain guys have options, certain guys are making more money.

Um so yeah, that all goes into it.

But but major credit to David Schneider yesterday, not getting a lot of at bats, gets thrown into the game and hits a pretty

important home runs.

So yeah, um I always admire the guys who don't play a lot, but still have to always be ready and take advantage of those opportunities because I think that's a very difficult thing to do.

Uh I think

I kind of want the Mariners to win.

I don't think they've won the division since 2001 when they had that absolutely insane season.
