So overhead press was like more of technical lifting.
So like I always had this nickname, I was big country and I was country strong.
Like I grew up farmer strong.
Like when I wanted to lift weights as a kid, my dad was like, you're not lifting weights, but you can go split all that wood and you can go stack up over here.

or you can carry five gallon buckets of water up from the lake to water the garden.
So it was functional strength.
He's like, we got shit to do around the house, and why waste your time just lifting weights in the gym when I can actually get some work out of you?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But I did it in North Carolina, so.
with all that and so it was the technical lifts.
Instantly I gravitated all the movements.
I trained for two weeks before I did my first strongman competition and won.
Two weeks?
Two weeks and won all the moving events.
Jesus.
There was just things I just naturally were just good at and I had no rhyme or reason why, it just happened.
