The two hurricanes last year in Florida, people are, there's an influx of people coming in from the coast.

We wanted to make like affordable, but well-built houses, but these ones we can build fast.

And then you just like have all these small houses, but you walk in and it's like, you did not expect this to be in this house at this price range.

My parents made sure I was very disciplined.

Like, if we started something, we had to finish it.

It did not matter what it was.

They definitely instilled a very good work ethic in me.
