Then when the crisis happens, you don't need to say, trust me.

You just need to say what's on your mind.

They trust you.

No, trust is, man, did I think we had nailed this.

I thought this was how this was going to happen.

We were wrong.

You've been working your asses off for six months on this.

And I've got to deprioritize it today standing right here in front of you.
