what was sent to me on an Instagram post while I invited you on a couple of weeks ago was very like I read it and I even had tears nearly reading it and I said, I have to get this guy on the podcast.

So what I've decided to do with your permission is read out the status you had up on your page.

It's very it's very heartfelt.

And I just want to get a quick reaction after.

Three years ago I tried to take my own life.

I was driving around Galway with a rope in the boot, looking for a tree.

From the outside it might have looked like I had everything, but inside I was battling demons.

My mental health had reached rock bottom.

I kissed Holly and Ben goodbye, and even the thought of my beautiful children couldn't break through the numbness and pain I was feeling.
