I don't like to speak about myself too much on the podcast.

I'm the exact same.

I had a wonderful childhood, most amazing family.

There was nothing there.

It was just, it's just there.

I was born with it.

And like you looking back, I'm just kind of like, it's there.

Chemical imbalance.

Not everyone has had to have a really, really difficult upbringing and it just happened, yeah.

And was it a case, did your parents, were they noticing your behaviour was different if you were sniffing the cans and drinking?

Yeah.

And then when did you find things were escalating where you might have been using harder drugs?

So how many tablets would you have been taking a day?

90 strong painkillers?

Would these have been the black market ones then?

Okay, they're in the walls, but you see them.

exhausted yeah like I like I don't think I slept properly for about seven or eight years I was gonna say it must have been nearly a decade till you actually slept properly yeah do you know what Rachel I must say your honesty is so refreshing you're so honest about everything and even when I rang you a couple of weeks ago coming on the podcast I really admire your honesty

Going on then, after that, going through all that psychosis, then you were still taking the prescription medication.
