You were a teacher and you probably know teachers.

That's the excitement of adolescence and adventure and all that.

And the fundamental thing I say to parents when they're sitting down in front of me is...

Is this kind of thing is happening?

When I talk about this, I'd say, what are you going to do when those boundaries are broken?

Because fundamental understanding of boundaries is how do you react when they're broken?

How do you react when someone comes into your boundary, breaks your boundary?

How do you react when your child doesn't go and do what you want them to do?

Are you kind of despairing a bit at this stage?

Because they're not going to do everything you want them to do.

Well, I know this.

My daughter heads off.

I know she's not going to live exactly how I want her to live and all the rest of it.

You know what I mean?
