And you see, look, you know, he's a super professional, you know, how he prepares himself every single day.
And I think what's important as well, see with players like that, you don't want to kill their joy and their spirit.
So they, of course they go to the line in terms of, of the team, but you don't want to take away that,
individuality and that quality and that personality because that's also what makes up a fantastic team.
Yeah, well, I'm very fortunate here, Gary, where I've obviously watched a lot since we've all broken up.
But I can only really talk about Leicester City and the communication here that has gone on
Across all levels.
So we've had regular board meetings similar to this year on video call, just mapping out some of the issues that may happen going forward.
We've then had board meetings with the manager and then with the captain and vice-captain so that everything is transparent, everything is clear, everyone understands the position that the club is in.
It's a very, very healthy business.
But of course, going forward, there may be issues.
So they're fully aware of that, as am I. And like I said, the players.
And then a small group of us, the leadership group, and a few of the staff will sit also and talk through some of the issues around football and around going forward.
So the feeling is that everyone wants to help.
The players get very well looked after here at Leicester City.
But the players, I must say, they're so honest and genuine where they know that and they also will be ready and prepared to give back.
And that's not just financial, that's into the community where here at Leicester City there's a heavy influence in the community because it's very much a community club.
So I think the key thing is communication and transparency and that across all levels of the club here, I've got to say, has been absolutely first class.
Thanks, Brendan.
Thank you very much and good luck.
