And as soon as we broke up, Gary, Dave Rennie, who's our head of medical, along with Martin, who's our psychologist, they put together a presentation that forwarded it on to the players straight away.
And just little pointers and guidance around this time, because it is, the players are at a structure...
You know, footballers alike and us football people, it is very regimented, it is very structured.
And it's just the case of trying to give them some pointers, really.
And it's something that with regular communication, regular contact, just checking, like you say, on the younger players that maybe this is new for them and just to try and ensure that they fill their time wisely rather than being sat bored sometimes.
Well, nothing that has surprised me, Kelly.
They're a brilliant bunch of boys coming into here.
The honesty and the one thing which is very strong is our spirit.
And that's evident for me every single day in every game that we play.
And they're just very, very hungry to work.
So either through my communication or when I speak to Matt and Glenn, our sports scientists, the players are hungry for more.
They're trying to ensure that they're staying in the best shape they possibly can.
They want the work.
They're very diligent.
