I know exactly what play you're going to talk about.
I know the one play that, yeah, exactly.
And then the third time he does it and he scores.
I just think right now you're seeing a lot of...
In the playoffs, they're going to guard me a certain way, and this guy's going to be open, and he needs to be confident, and he needs to understand that when I give him the ball, he's allowed to attack.
But I think that's part of what Jokic's seeming messaging is, or at least it seems that way to me, is give it to me so that you can be aggressive and score off of that.
But it can't just be, oh, I'm off the ball, I'm off the ball all the time.
Not because that's a better...
plan than giving Jokic the ball, but because as you get to the postseason, it just, it's going to be that way at times.
And I think if Christian feels more confident in that moment than he did like two months ago, that seems to mean a lot to 15.
To me, frustrated isn't the operative word.
Committed is.
He wants to make this happen.
Because look, Christian at this rate is going to be in that starting lineup and he knows it and we know it.
And I would imagine Yoke knows it well.
You need him to feel useful and understand where and how and when he can be in the half court.
Extremely high.
I don't know if it'll shake out that way statistically because good luck topping 2023, and I think the competition's better, but that's why I think...
Like for him to get through all of it, it would require maybe the best offensive basketball we've ever seen.
And I still, even though I levied some criticisms that I stand by, right, a couple months ago or a month ago with Yoke.
