Yeah, I thought he handled that really well.
Vossy, it would have been an incredibly challenging few days for him and the staff that support him, the football club and the families that are involved.
Yeah, it was a difficult watch and quickly, obviously now with social media and what we've got access to, there was a lot of opinions and quickly we were able to make our own judgments of how it all unfolded.
But yeah, I feel for Vossie.
because he is the leader of that footy club and the visual leader.
And this would be not in the textbook of how to coach, is how to manage that on game day and now how to follow up that.
Yeah, I know obviously Chris Davies is leading an investigation internally and the AFL are involved and we've just got to work out a way to do this better.
But I thought, yeah, I agree with you.
I thought he's got a game to focus on and I thought he's handled that element of the press conference pretty well.
He's got to now rally the troops, which is a massive challenge in a really important game.
But yeah, credit to him for the way he handled that then.
Number one, if I'm Craig McRae, I'm squeezing Essendon's ball movement early.
So take away those mark chains.
I mentioned how they've gone back to more of a possession game in the last two games.
So get the game in a contest as early as you can.
So get that sort of high, aggressive forward press
going, force Essendon wide, slow and predictable.
And I think if Essendon are forced to kick long down the line early in this game, that's a little mini win for Collingwood.
