And I find that conspicuous, and I'm now recognizing it as a pattern from many of the battlegrounds that we have faced over the last ten years or so, where there is a desire when you are in a logically weak position to shift the question to a moral one in order to avoid dealing with the contradictions that you're forced to defend.

I agree with you that the term evil is being applied typically for a certain quadrant of uh speculation, but the idea that if I make a logical point, that what comes back at me is a moral critique is troubling to say the least.

And that means that anybody who comes into that discussion as an honest broker and is sorting through evidence in a good faith fashion is part of the solution.
