And I think this guy was probably joking, but honestly, he might've fit.

And this is really where we get to the under,

belly of the story.

Because amidst all of the inspirational and underdog sports stories, something else was going on in Dayton's life.

In 2020, according to local Maryland news outlets, Dayton was arrested for drunk driving after he drove into a police cop car and drove through a building in Mechanicsville.

Here are two headlines.

Quadruple amputee arrested for drunk driving after crashing into a police car and building in Mechanicsville.

Like that headline, like any headline with him is just absolutely insane.

Like he ran into a

Cop car.

He crashed into a cop car.

Here he is, maybe being arrested, talking to a cop.

I still have not figured out how they cuffed him.

Certainly do not know how he got into that truck.

But anyway, that's just beside the point.

I need to stop.

honing in on that, but the thing is, when I found this story, which I didn't see anybody else talking about, like when I pulled up stories on mainstream media about this entire event, nobody else was talking about this, they didn't seem to find that, but when I pulled up his Maryland record, there was no sign of this incident, even though there were multiple articles about it at the time in local news, and so I'm pretty sure, you guys can correct me if you find any other information, but I'm pretty sure that it was completely expunged.
