I think the biggest advantage that Joe brings to Razzy is how England analyse opposition.

How the scrum coach analyses opposition, how the line-out coach, how the head coach is looking at it, how he teams the week.

And I think that sort of knowledge to Razzy and his assistants is huge.

It is absolutely massive.
