That's a QAnon term.
And then if you look to the left, you can actually see a Q.
And it's a QAnon account that Donald Trump likes to repost called Spiritual Street Fighter 17.
QAnon is a literal death cult that says that Donald Trump will destroy the deep state and conduct beheadings on Capitol Hill when the storm comes.
And that's what the storm is coming means.
