He's a Hall of Fame player.
Like, he took a beating.
You know, I remember when he played Philadelphia on Thanksgiving and got sacked 12 times.
It was ugly.
Jimmy Johnson turned that thing around fast.
But he was the right guy.
Like, if I'm the Raiders, like, I understand and I respect, you know, what Kirk Cousins has done in this league.
And he knows Clint Kubiak.
He's played for him.
But if this kid is wired the right way and he learns this offense –
You know, Matt Ryan, he wasn't supposed to start right away.
Joe Flacco wasn't supposed to start right away, but they did.
And it was the right pick.
And they turned their teams around.
I would play this kid.
I have a feeling he's going to pick up the offense pretty quick.
He's had the playbook.
