Just days before Mangioni's and attorneys were in state court discussing matters related to that trial, we were all gearing up for a potential early September trial in state court.

You've covered this case closely for nearly two years.

Were you surprised at all that a plea was taken in federal court?

But just to be devil's advocate, 'cause I I'm curious as to what you think.

There's a there's a poet by the name of Sean Corey Carter.

He used to say something about you didn't pass the bar, but you know a little bit.

And I think I would put you in that category, Aaron.

Why not just go to trial and and hope that a Mangioni fan or or someone who has an axe to grind with the healthcare insurance companies is on there and you get a a a hung jury or you get uh some jury nullification.
