And so here's the bottom line.
Not everybody's coachable.
A lot of people think they are, but are you actually, do you have the humility and the desire to grow?
Do you hate being stuck where you are and losing more than the humility requires to grow?
So that's one.
The next thing is accountability also comes with a buddy, okay?
So let's say I might hire a personal trainer, but I, like I used to do a half marathon every other month until I had an injury.
Every other month?
Yeah, six a year.
It sounds good the way I say it.
It was six half marathons a year.
All right, but I had a running buddy.
Okay.
And so, not a paid coach, but we had a running buddy.
And so, like I say, there were some mornings I didn't want to get out of bed.
