So his job is never to go on the phone and say, so Brian, what did you think you wanted for the house? And what are you going to say? Well, I looked at Zillow and I think it's worth $283,000. My testament. Yeah. And so he doesn't ask those questions. He goes, Brian, you sound like a great guy. Sounds like you're really just looking for an offer.

Hey, I want to list it for 283,000. The house is worth 230 on a good day. The roof needs to be replaced. But his goal is to make them make a decision. And then he says, well, let's do 283.
