And then communications and government affairs in the healthcare space.
have elevated meaningfully in terms of their relative importance.
So those are examples of things that we look for now in young leaders, and we seek to wrap them with, in some cases, structured programs, and in some cases, with on-the-job training to make them the best in their craft.
There are a few things that I'd highlight in terms of the bold shifts.
So one, really embracing the power of technology, advanced analytics, and AI.
I believe this will separate the winners from the losers in the future.
And it's the unlock to the healthcare system being more akin to what consumers expect from anything in their life.
So that's one.
Secondly, de-averaging.
So moving away from things that work on average to things that work at an individual level.
Again, through some of the care journeys we talked about, through building models that are really thoughtful and intuitive and allow you to get the care you need at the place you need it, at the time you need it.
And then thirdly, as I talked about earlier in our conversation, Celia, moving from a position of a financing mechanism to one of a truly being a trusted partner and an advocate
for the patients as they utilize the healthcare system.
Those are the opportunities.
I'm not sure every company in the healthcare system will embrace them, but we're certainly trying to.
