Yeah, so an ESOP may be on the table at some point, right, because that's very – it doesn't materially change the experience for the employees.
It's not built for private equity because this is really about – I mean, yeah, I want to make good money at it.
I work hard.
I want to do that.
You know, jet fuel is expensive, you know, all the things.
Right.
But really, if I can create this environment where these people can come and thrive and take care of their families and enjoy their career, that's what I'm supposed to do.
And in

Maybe I'm wrong.
And who knows?
I don't know what the future holds.
Right.
But if you asked what would I want it to look like?
I'd want it to look like that where, you know, it has provided a great life for me and for a bunch of other people.
And that environment that provides a great opportunity for a bunch of people outlives me.
