Better know what you're looking for, what you want in a player and what you want your team to look like and how people not just play.
Everybody wants good players, but how they fit into your program, how they fit into what you're doing and then celebrate them.
And I think I think that Jeff and Kent and Marty have done a phenomenal job in that regard.

I remember Bob Ganey saying this many years ago, talking about players like that.
He said, it doesn't matter what we think.
The players feel more comfortable with those players.
You better get them.
