And say what you want about Austin, he doesn't stay down.
There's not many times in his career where he's taken a big hit or laid on the ice.
Doesn't really happen with him.
So I think the crowd was largely reacting to, oh my goodness.
Austin looks like he might be hurt.
Not every single one of us who watches hockey immediately thought, what's going on?
Where is everybody?
Where's the reaction?
Where's the response?
I don't know if that was the mood, Hayes.
And I think they went and scored a couple goals in the power play.
The game actually got kind of lively in the building in the third period as they played with more intensity and physicality.
I thought you said it well last night on the panel.
When we're celebrating this response, when this response is what the NHL is, that's the game.
You'll get celebrated for playing the way you're supposed to play.
