Is it something that we're going to need to look for another project?

So far for us, there hasn't been much of an issue.

So have you ever had to fire people?

You mean like individual contributors?

Yeah, absolutely.

Well, and I think one thing that we do differently, uh, just out of necessity, we've built a really good recruiting team in house, really good at finding, uh, you know, finding local talent and things like that.

And we can use that recruiting team basically to kind of help.

If we ever got in a situation like that, I think we could essentially find smaller gigs for people

right?

Maybe, uh, what do you mean?

Like water boy?

Well, uh, I guess I don't know what you mean by water boy.

But I mean, no, no, no.

I mean things like, uh, you know, we might find smaller engagements, right?

You find a company that needs one or two developers, maybe not a whole team of developers and we can go in and place them there.

Um, and you know, just see where that, that goes.

We have bootstrapped this.
