We still haven't seen them back.
And we still haven't seen the back and yet we see a little bit on the Olympic side of them Belarus coming back in and I think you know I like I Feel strongly on this that the Israeli
Israeli football teams, it's a kind of a sports washing situation really if they allowed them to continue to play as if nothing has happened and sporting people have no responsibility and they're not involved in what's going on.
Of the lack of human rights or how different groups of people within those countries are treated, whether it's women or a particular cultural group that have been denied their full rights.
So I go back to
when I was a kid and I remember going through a rugby match with South Africa and Ireland here and people like Heather Rasmull being outside the ground protesting against apartheid and I didn't really understand it that well because I was so young but I got to understand it fairly quickly afterwards.
And that changed things, not the protests outside the ground, the Dunstowers, the girls in Dunstowers refusing to walk when Dunstowers were importing their oranges from South Africa.
It started a role and it made a difference and they took a stand, it took away a bit of sporting.
the sporting world taking a stand of refusing to play against them because it was their biggest sport.
That had an impact, ultimately, what's going on now.
And the fact that the Irish basketball team were put in a very, very awkward situation, players were put in an awkward situation.
But again, the basketball organisation weren't supported by the European Basketball Union in terms of trying to take a stand.
They were forced into playing the games.
I think so.
I think the FAO's case as well, everyone will just move on.
They'll penalise us.
We lose the points.
We lose a bit of...
ranking points the coefficient to be affected and stuff like that but i think that other countries are waiting on somebody like i think the norwegians are probably the next strongest whether spain do as they've done the eurovision and pulled out and they're a really powerful country but i think
A country like Ireland, we're a bit of principle and people who can speak and can talk, they should make a stand and start to stand and explain and explain to UEFA why they're making the stand.
