Like, as we grow internationally, we want to think global, but we want to act local.
Yeah, it was a massive cost.
So like, for example, what we did to try and mitigate the risk on that.
So all the skiers and rowers for our first event, we rented.
Then we had made some money.
We reinvested that into the event.
We bought all the rest of the equipment that we rented before.
And then for the third event, we invested in the bridge that was able to make the traffic and people flow over to the event to make our course run smoother.
And we increased the size of the start tunnel, increased the size of the finishing stage.
We put a container with DJ, two festival screens.
We added layers to it.
I don't know if everybody noticed.
So everything was reinvested back into it.
For the next one, we're now going purchasing 800 of our own barriers.
the CCB barriers or bespoke barriers there's multiple reasons we're doing that is for efficiency and setup time because sometimes it's better to buy the infrastructure and that will allow you to set up your event and de-rig quicker because the rent of the venues is so high per day so if we can get in and get out in one day
Each time, we'll actually save more in the long run by buying all that equipment.
I get you.
Exactly.
You're not just, you have to pay rent for the day before or two days before, depending on how long you need to set up and then a de-rig day.
So you're paying rent for it.
