People really underestimate the level of work that's involved to get to what we have today.

We're three years ahead of where we plan to be.

So our business plan needs to change to suit that.

I want to grow as globally as possible, as long as we can protect the culture and what it stands for and what it represents.

As soon as we start losing control of those core values and what we stand for, that becomes a problem for me.
