When I was in college, I thought average was here, you know, vocabulary wise, you know, reasoning wise, problem solving wise, all that kind of stuff.
This was average.
when i got out in the real world i kind of found out averages down here and it's like not to put anybody down but it's just that was the fact of life well the other thing this is a good insult if you want to keep it handy and i saw a movie and it's still one of my favorites in the scene in the movie this this one guy he comes cruising up this couple that's in there and
The guy says something and it's just totally stupid.
He's like, yeah, it's pretty cool, huh?
And the woman turns to the guy and she says, is it true that half the people you meet are below average intelligence?
It's so true, though.
It's like, by definition, yes, half the people you meet are going to be a little dumber than average.
But the thing is, OK, so related to AI, AI has been getting traded on the whole spectrum of people.
The smarter than average and the less smart than average.
And that's the problem.
It's not always the PhD level people that are training the AI.
It's getting trained on everybody.
So they talk about the hallucinations and some of the not so great answers.
Well, yeah, you got a lot of screwy people out there that AI is learning from as well.
And it's developing its own subconscious, so to speak.
So anyway, I know that was like a long answer to your question.
I would say really don't make AI your first focus.
Again, focus on yourself and upping your game.
