Yeah, absolutely.
Well, it was kind of a match made in heaven, actually.
Many of you know that I've been in franchising for a long time.
I've been in franchising for 27 years, but I actually started in franchising with Snelling Personnel Services, Snelling Staffing, a recruiting firm, and I worked for them for 16 years.
I was a franchisee at one point with them.
My wife and I both were franchisees, and I worked on their franchising side and their company side.

I actually wound up leaving there.
I was recruited to a multi-brand franchisor that you referred to in the business coaching space and the franchise coaching space.
And in addition to the staffing experience, began to develop experience in franchise sales and franchise development there, and then began coaching other franchisors on franchise sales and development and improving unit economics.
Actually wound up becoming Patrice's business coach at one point.
And about three years ago, I left that organization to start my own consulting firm, and Patrice, using her best recruiting skills, and she's a master at that, picked up the phone and called me and said, well, looks like you're a good match.
You know our business.
You know what's going well in our business and the areas that we want to focus on improving.
You have the background in staffing.
You have the background in franchise sales.
So she is the one that recruited me about almost three years ago now, and
We have made a great team together.
We have quadrupled the brand from the unit size.
