And you give them an opportunity to go to a better concept, better career mobility, better career path advancement, and better benefits that changes people's lives.

So usually one of the things with our franchisees that strikes a chord is they want to be able to change somebody's life or help people or give back to the community.

And that's an important part of what we do, and you see that in the testimonial letters we get every day.

Well, I think it really depends upon the level of position that you're recruiting for.

In the bread and butter kind of position that we fill, it takes weeks because when a restaurant has an opening, they can't afford to wait that long to fill the job.

And I think on average, recruiters would tell you it takes anywhere from 60 to 90 days when they're working with clients.

But

In our industry and the type of placement that we do every day, it's usually a matter of weeks from the time that you get a requisition until you send somebody out.

Again, remember, we have a database that has about 200,000 candidates in it, and we're always recruiting.

So we usually can fill jobs pretty quickly, and usually our clients want them filled very quickly.

Now, as you go up higher up the food chain and you get into different levels of position, then the length of time that it takes to find people changes.

to a large degree depends upon the interview cycle of that company.

So the higher you go up in the food chain, the more time it takes.

But the average bread and butter position usually, if you find the right candidate, and this is really what this business is about, is putting a good candidate in front of a good company, that usually happens in weeks.
