How do we train and retrain and retrain people to continue to evolve their skills to cope with this?
The other thing is that I don't buy the story that all jobs will disappear.
There is certainly never lose sight of the human angle.
Sure, there might be some tech geeks out there that are quite happy to sit in their basement and play with computers and not see anybody.
Maybe I'm being a bit harsh there, but actually maybe not.
But most of us like to deal with other humans.
For example, in my old age, do I want to be cared for by a robot?
No, I don't.
I want someone who actually a human to care for me I may accept a robot delivering my medication and food and sitting there with sensors making sure I take my medication and alerting a human if I don't I think that's an angle by the way but I do not want to be looked after by a robot and

Sitting there in a nice restaurant and just having a robot deliver your food, sorry, no, no, no, no, no, no.

And there's certain roles that are actually going to continue to require that.
If anything, those roles will become more efficient because of it.
So you might have, as I said, say someone in an aged care setting, you use robotics and AI to enhance the productivity of the humans, to enable humans to free up the humans to do what they're best at.
engage and provide care.
Ditto in hospitality.
The basic stuff, it may be that a robot can clear the table at the end, but I want to engage with a human being and talk about what's good today and what's good on the wine list and have a chat and have a laugh.
Robots can't do that.
